We strive to provide accurate and detailed information about our wedding invitations. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current.

3. Order Placement

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices on the website are in US dollar or their equivalent in your local currency (for applicable countries), and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of placing the order. We accept credit card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay and transactions are securely processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

No physical items will be shipped. We do not offer print invitations. One digital file with your customized text in jpg format will be sent to you via WhatsApp to share with your guests. We do not send invitations on your behalf, nor collect attendance confirmations from your guests. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur which are beyond our control.

6. Product Customization

You are required to input your accurate and complete invitation wording during the checkout process. Design revisions are not permitted; only text customization is allowed.

7. QR Code Integration and Invitation Management

For customers seeking to include a QR code for invitation management, we recommend the use of Mazoom.sa. Please note that this service is not included in the price of our e-cards and may incur additional charges. Furthermore, we disclaim any responsibility for services provided by third-party platforms or applications.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted after delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and e-cards, is the property of Koubla and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not redesign or resell any original artwork or e-card to a third party.

10. Non-Exclusive License

Purchasing an invitation design from our website grants you a non-exclusive license for personal use only. It does not confer exclusive rights, and the design may be available to others.

11. Brand Signature Inclusion

By completing the purchase of our e-card product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the final electronic card (e-card) delivered will prominently feature the brand signature at the bottom of the design. The brand signature is an integral part of the product and contributes to its unique identity. The buyer understands that any customization or alteration of the brand signature is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Koubla.

13. Limitation of Liability
